Line Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Main duties include preparing and cooking food in the kitchen, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.
• Cooks food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Prepares food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooks main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
• Clears the kitchen and cooking utensils and stores the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensures that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 18 to 37 yrs old
• HS / SHS graduate, Undergraduates are welcome
• Experience is a plus
• Preferably lives near Retiro, Quezon City
