Local Telecaller (Remote Eligible)

Role Overview

As a Local Telecaller, you will connect with potential clients, answer customer questions, and support outreach and customer engagement. You will report to the telecalling team supervisor and work with sales and customer support colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate service information.
• Record calls and relevant details from customer interactions.
• Follow up with clients, check satisfaction, and help address concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify leads and opportunities.
• Attend training to strengthen communication and sales skills.
• Meet established call metrics and performance goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with standard office software and communication tools.
• Professional, patient approach to customer issues.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
