Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time, Remote)

Jesse Morales is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely across the United States. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data to ensure company records are organized and up to date. Your contributions will support multiple departments and help streamline daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into company databases and internal systems.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Update existing records and maintain organized, current data.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify information.
• Prioritize assignments and meet deadlines consistently.
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

This remote role offers the flexibility to work independently while being part of a collaborative team focused on accuracy, communication, and efficiency. You will report directly to the Data Manager who provides training and ongoing support. Interaction with other departments may be required to verify or gather information, ensuring data reliability across the company.

Compensation: $35 per hour
