Lock and Key Specialist Jobs in Albuquerque, NM

CallOrange is hiring a full-time Lock and Key Specialist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This on-site role provides locksmithing services that help protect clients’ homes and businesses. We’re looking for a service-minded problem solver who can deliver reliable work and a positive customer experience. Training is available; locksmith experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service locks; duplicate keys.
• Diagnose lock-related problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide helpful, tailored service.
• Track inventory and order lock and key supplies as needed.
• Explain and promote locksmith services and products to customers.
• Maintain accurate service and transaction records.
• Work with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Locksmithing vocational training or related education is preferred.
• At least two years of locksmithing or related experience is preferred; experience is not required, and free training is available.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities.
• Effective communication and sales skills.
• Familiarity with locksmithing tools or software is preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $70,000 per year.
• Job type: Full-time.
• Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico 87114. This is not a remote position.
