RM HR SOLUTIONS Pvt ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Panchla. This full-time position involves assisting with daily production tasks, operating machinery, preparing raw materials, and packaging finished products. The ideal candidate will help maintain product quality, meet shift targets, and ensure workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Load/unload raw materials, monitor assembly line, supply components to machinery.
• Equipment Operation: Operate production machinery safely after training.
• Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects and compliance.
• Packaging & Sorting: Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately.
• Documentation: Record daily output, material usage, and machine downtime as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work full-time shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000 per month
