Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain secure remote work environments for U.S.-based client projects.
• Receive, inspect, and ship client-provided hardware or equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to ensure proper remote access and tooling configuration.
• Support project setup and troubleshoot environment or access issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding equipment handling and setup progress.
• Maintain documentation related to remote setup procedures and equipment logistics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Comfortable working remotely within a distributed team.
• Familiarity with basic IT setups, remote access tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to securely receive, store, and ship client equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
