Job description
Long term care Start Dates: 10/6 or 10/20 Duration: 13 weeks RTO: Up to 7 days Must work every other weekend, every other holiday Schedules are released in 4-week blocks, posted 2 weeks in advance ALL travelers must be willing to float between units as needed LPNs (3x12) - 4 AM (7a-7p), 4 PM (7p-7a) Travel: $1,750/wk gross (36 hrs) Local: $1,550/wk gross (36 hrs) LPNs (5x8) – 4 MID (3p-11p) Travel: $1,850/wk gross (40 hrs) Local: $1,615/wk gross (40 hrs) LPN Requirements: - 1–2 years of LTC experience within the last 3 years - Active NY LPN license and BLS - Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:20 - Responsibilities include med passes, wound care, treatments, admissions/discharges, suctioning and some trach care (RNs handle most trach responsibilities) Apply directly on CazVid.
