Machine Operator

About the role

Confidential is seeking a Machine Operator to maintain and operate automated filling, coding, and packaging lines.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine and emergency repairs across mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Lead automated machine engineers for filling, coding, and packaging line setup.
• Troubleshoot machine jams and errors during production to reduce downtime.
• Calibrate nozzles and sensors to ensure fill accuracy and proper labeling.
• Follow LOTO and CIP/SIP protocols to prevent contamination.
• Log repairs and maintenance in the CMMS.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; vocational or technical degree preferred.
• Experience maintaining automated filling, coding, and packaging lines.
• Experience with filling machinery, industrial coders, electrical and mechanical schematics, and basic PLC/HMI.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and wear full PPE during washdowns.
