Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor various machinery to maintain optimal production levels. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machines to reduce downtime. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Keep accurate production and maintenance records. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve production issues and improve workflow. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Assist in training new operators and provide guidance on equipment handling. In this role, you will contribute to projects aimed at improving machine efficiency and production output. You will collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams and report directly to the Production Supervisor. Success will be measured by machine uptime, production efficiency, and safety compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical certification in machinery or related fields. Experience in machinery operation and maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Previous experience in a similar machine operator role is a plus.
