Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment to ensure peak performance. Perform assembly tasks accurately following detailed procedures and specifications. Conduct quality inspections on products during and after production to maintain high standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering strictly to safety protocols. Log production data and maintain records using basic computer skills. Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of and compliance with safety regulations. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with operators, assemblers, quality control, and maintenance teams.
