Machine Operator/Equipment Operator/Assembler in Salt Lake City, UT

InfoTree Global Solution is hiring a skilled Machine Operator/Equipment Operator/Assembler for our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. This full-time role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Perform assembly tasks accurately following procedures and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished and in-progress products to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
• Log production data and maintain records using basic computer skills.
• Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety compliance.

You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and work closely with fellow operators, assemblers, quality control, and maintenance teams. This position offers opportunities for skill development and cross-functional collaboration.
