Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Aqua at Sandy Springs. This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects or problems and make repairs according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes, including the pre-move-out inspection and a punch list of maintenance work needed.
- Schedule vendors and contractors as needed, obtain supplies and materials, and complete maintenance tasks.
