Job description
About the role
Greystar is seeking a Make Ready/Turn Technician to help maintain the physical aspects of the community, meet standards for grounds, amenities and curb appeal, and support service team members.
The property is a stabilized garden community with 312 units. The schedule is Monday-Friday plus a rotating on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris and pet droppings and keeping common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process, transfer items to the dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
- Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
- Change locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas work according to codes and safety standards.
