Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face surveys with potential customers to gather feedback on products and services.
• Clearly communicate the survey's purpose and emphasize the importance of participant responses.
• Build rapport with respondents to encourage participation and collect comprehensive data.
• Accurately document survey results and promptly report findings to management.
• Support strategy development to improve survey participation rates.
• Collaborate with team members to refine survey methodologies and data collection processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all collected data throughout the survey process.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse demographics.
• Sales experience is advantageous for persuasive engagement during surveys.
• No formal education required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Proficiency with mobile devices or tablets for survey applications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in promotional activities or customer engagement preferred.
