Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face surveys with potential customers about products and services.
• Explain each survey’s purpose and encourage participants to provide thoughtful responses.

• Record survey responses accurately using the required process or survey application.
• Submit findings to management promptly and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of collected data.
• Help identify ways to improve survey participation and data collection methods.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with different types of customers.
• Sales or promotional experience is advantageous; at least one year in promotional activities or customer engagement is preferred.
• No formal education is required. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Comfort using a mobile device or tablet for survey applications is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative in customer outreach.
