QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate (any course)
- With relevant work experience in management (preferably in F&B, retail, or operations)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Results-driven, detail-oriented and proactive
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig City and other sites if needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, supervise and motivate staff
- Implement company policies and standards
- Monitor inventory, supplies and costs
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management
- Drive sales growth and operational efficiency
