Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Management Team. We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. This position is ideal for someone with direct care experience who is looking for a promotion with a management role. While experience in a management role is preferred, we are open to providing additional management training for the right candidate. The successful applicant must be independent and driven to achieve maximum growth potential.

Christian Servants Home Care is a rapidly growing non-medical home care agency serving children, adults, and elderly individuals across all Wisconsin counties. Position summary:
Responsibilities include day-to-day management of clients and caregivers within the assigned contracted care, interviewing and hiring caregivers, conducting client assessments, creating and managing schedules, and time entry, payroll management. This role also involves attending and promoting events. The successful candidate must be adaptable to changes that support exponential growth.

Location:
This is a remote work-from-home position. Home visits are required. Attendance to occasional statewide management meetings and events. Advertising in your contracted area is a must.

Hours:
This is a part-time position with daytime hours. Flexibility to work minimum evening and weekend hours is required to accommodate home visits and other needs.

Pay:
This is a commission-based position, with compensation based on caseload and potential for growth.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel within the contracted area for in-person meetings, assessments and home visits.
Must have your own smartphone and computer to perform management tasks
