Manager, Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement

About the role

The Manager, Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement (Take Steps/SE) works with Foundation leaders, community volunteers and committees to grow and support the Take Steps and Special Event (Mission Possible) fundraising campaigns. The role identifies, recruits, trains and partners with leadership volunteers to help advance the mission of Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. The Manager travels throughout the designated market area to meet constituents and serves as a key leader for the Foundation with volunteers and supporters.

Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization working to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Its work includes research initiatives, education and support resources, and federal and state-based advocacy campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual fundraising plans for the Take Steps and Mission Possible campaigns to achieve and exceed revenue, participation, sponsorship and volunteer engagement goals.
• Build, cultivate, solicit and steward meaningful relationships with patients, as well as Foundation leaders, community volunteers and committees.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness in the IBD community.
