Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging sales opportunities and understand evolving customer needs in Kolkata and surrounding areas. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business leads. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively showcase our product offerings and value propositions. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Maintain accurate sales records and track performance metrics using CRM software to ensure data-driven decision making. Travel within assigned sales territories as necessary to meet clients and close deals, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably with a focus on field sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient sales tracking and reporting.
