About the role
Paragon DE is seeking a manufacturing scheduler for high-mix job shop scheduling and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Own and update machine and work center schedule boards.
- Drive capacity planning and machine-level loading.
- Adjust schedules as needed to reflect shift planning priorities.
- Expedite critical jobs to meet customer deadlines.
- Host schedule meetings and post maintenance plans.
Requirements
- One to two years of scheduling experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing is preferred.
- High school diploma or higher and comfort with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive communication and the ability to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
- A focus on finding root causes instead of applying a quick patch.
