Job description
Laundry King is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team remotely as a Marketing, Canva, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, and Shared Folder Management Specialist. This part-time role involves working directly with the company owner to manage multiple weekly tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Perform accurate data entry in CRM systems to maintain and manage customer databases and relationships.
- Organize and maintain shared folders and documents for easy access to marketing materials.
- Create engaging customer videos for platforms such as YouTube.
- Develop and update employee training videos regularly.
- Prepare and process bookkeeping records to ensure precise financial tracking; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Generate marketing performance reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support for ongoing marketing projects as needed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with strong spelling skills.
- Ability to read English proficiently, even if not fluent in speaking.
- Experience using CRM software and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in marketing or bookkeeping roles preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry and reporting software/tools.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is ideal.
This position reports directly to the Owner of Laundry King.
Work schedule: Approximately 4-5 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
Location: This is a 100% remote position based in West Valley City, Utah, United States.
Compensation: $4 per hour.
