Marketing Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Manager and Social Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing, outreach, and content initiatives.

The role includes creative execution with organizational excellence. You will contribute to social and email marketing, event promotion, community outreach, content capture, and editing—helping bring your clients’ stories to life across digital platforms and in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING & CONTENT
• Support social media content planning and posting
• Write, copy, and edit social media, email, and digital promotions
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience lists
• Capture and edit photos/videos for social content
• Repurpose content across platforms

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & PARTNERSHIPS
• Support outreach to community partners, schools, and cultural organizations
• Coordinate info and physical events
• Help represent Sounding Point and/or clients at events in the community
• Maintain relationships and support grow/engagement in digital platforms

ADMINISTRATIVE / SYSTEMS
• Maintain organized Google Sheets and calendars
• Track/download marketing assets
• Prepare weekly performance summaries
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date outreach database
• Meeting scheduling and attendance
