Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in master data management or data migration in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong working knowledge of material master, BOM, routing and info record data.
• Experience with data load tools and templates (e.g., LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, or similar) and Excel-based data preparation.
• Experience coordinating data collection across several departments.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and documentation.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus for the Mexico plants.
• Preferred: Manufacturing experience (discrete manufacturing, fabrication or production planning); experience in an ERP implementation or rollout program with overlapping releases; knowledge of data governance and stewardship practices; familiarity with SAP MM, PP and QM data structures.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ownership, follow-through and delivery against release dates.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Structured, organized approach to large data sets.
