Job description
We are hiring: MCH Communication Specialist (Indianapolis, IN)
The Communication Specialist manages a call center that connects mothers, pregnant women, and families to community resources. They screen callers, identify barriers, and provide referrals to home visiting, early childhood, and special education programs. They maintain accurate records in the Vision Link database, produce daily data reports, and collaborate with partners to improve service delivery. They also attend meetings and training to stay current on best practices in maternal and child health.
