Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Install and align machinery using precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Document maintenance and repair procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant machinery.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workshop and during all fitting operations.
• Participate in project-based work, contributing mechanical expertise to new installations and upgrades.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Trade test certification in Mechanical Fitting.
• Proven experience in mechanical fitting and maintenance.
• Proficient in using industrial tools and equipment relevant to mechanical fitting.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
