Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures.
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist the physician during examinations and in-office procedures.
• Prepare and clean examination rooms between patients.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with clinical workflow and other duties as needed.
• Learn to operate specialized equipment and technology, including medical laser equipment and gait analysis technology.

Requirements

• Previous Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Experience in a physician’s office or clinical setting is preferred.
• Comfort with a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn new medical equipment, procedures, and technology.
