Glenn Abueme is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations at a luxury medical spa and wellness center in Greenvale, New York. The practice combines aesthetic medicine, functional wellness, and advanced therapies, including hormone therapy, injectables, body sculpting, skincare, and integrative wellness treatments.

The Practice Manager will lead day-to-day operations and support clinical providers and staff while ensuring a polished, seamless client experience. This role calls for strong operational leadership, efficient workflows, and a commitment to high-end client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical spa operations, maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support consistent, efficient operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, inventory, and product availability.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from consultation through post-treatment follow-up.
• Address client feedback and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor scheduling and workflows to reduce wait times and support productivity.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and support staff, and assist with clinical team coordination.
• Lead team meetings and performance reviews.
