Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury medical spa. This role demands strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience and support for clinical providers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Manage daily operations ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage supply ordering to ensure inventory availability.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a five-star client experience from consultation through post-treatment follow-up.
- Address client feedback and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Optimize scheduling systems and workflow to reduce wait times and maximize productivity.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and support staff; assist with clinical team coordination.
- Lead team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements: Proven management experience in a medical spa, wellness center, or similar luxury healthcare environment is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Compensation: Annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000.
