The Hearing Care Practitioner evaluates patients’ hearing needs, recommends appropriate solutions, and provides ongoing support for optimal hearing outcomes. The role requires relationship-building skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to achieve performance goals in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing screenings and evaluations in accordance with company procedures and state licensing requirements.
• Educate patients about hearing loss, hearing health, and available treatment options.
• Recommend appropriate hearing devices based on individual patient needs.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide follow-up care, counseling, and troubleshooting support for hearing devices.
• Promote American Hearing Care, LLC’s hearing solutions and services professionally, ethically, and with a patient-centered approach.
• Build and maintain patient relationships to support long-term hearing health.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators.
