About the role
Speakeasy Murder is hiring charismatic, confident, high-energy retail sales associates who love to sell. This is not a position where you sit behind the counter and wait for someone to buy something.
Responsibilities
- Connect with guests and sell merchandise throughout the evening.
- Promote upgrades and experiences and find opportunities to increase sales.
- Make recommendations and upsell while keeping guest interactions engaging and never feeling pushy.
Requirements
- Be motivated, outgoing, polished, proactive, confident, and comfortable approaching and connecting with guests.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Retail, hospitality, tourism, theme park, attraction, membership, or commission sales experience is a plus.
