Microsoft 365 Consultant

Tasks

• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 services and components in an enterprise environment.
• Provide advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Company Portal, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologies.
• Support ongoing cloud platform initiatives and provide technical guidance to the IT team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure platform stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 administration and cloud platform operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, platform efficiency, and the overall user experience.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its core services.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and serve as a trusted technical authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments and related IT initiatives.
