Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer

Tasks

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services.
• Manage Copilot licensing, configurations, service health, and feature enablement.
• Provide Level 3 technical support for complex Copilot-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform integrations.
• Support Copilot Studio, AI agents, connectors, and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams on AI governance.
• Monitor service performance, adoption, utilization, and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards, service health reports, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ Years
• Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph & Microsoft Entra ID, Power Platform & Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat & Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Cloud Administration, AI Governance & Enterprise Integrations, ITIL-based Service Management
• Good to Have: Microsoft Copilot / AI Certifications, ITIL Certification, Azure AI Foundry Experience, Copilot Studio & AI Agent Development
