Test repaired devices to confirm full functionality is restored. Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts inventory. Stay current with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and optimize repair processes. Assist in training new technicians on repair procedures and customer service standards. Operate the mobile repair unit for on-site corporate B2B client service dispatches throughout Houston. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven hands-on experience in mobile device repair. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid Texas Driver's License required. Knowledge of electronic components and their functions. Additional mobile repair certifications are a plus. Experience with repair tools and relevant software.
