SYEDS RETAIL MANAGEMENT d/b/a NS WIRELESS is hiring a full-time Mobile Repair Technician in Houston, Texas. Join our expert team and use your skills to diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Test repaired devices to ensure full functionality before returning to customers.
• Maintain accurate repair records and manage inventory of parts used.
• Stay current with the latest mobile device technologies and repair methods.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance repair workflows.
• Assist in training new technicians on repair techniques and customer service standards.
• Operate the mobile repair unit for on-site corporate B2B client service dispatches throughout Houston.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on experience in mobile device repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
• Additional mobile repair certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with repair tools and diagnostic software for mobile devices.
• Preferred 1-2 years of professional mobile repair experience.
