Mobile Repair Technician – Houston, TX

SYEDS RETAIL MANAGEMENT d/b/a NS WIRELESS is hiring a full-time Mobile Repair Technician in Houston, Texas. This hands-on role repairs smartphones and tablets, supports customers, and helps keep mobile devices working reliably. The position pays $19 per hour and includes operating a mobile repair unit for on-site corporate client dispatches across Houston.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
• Provide helpful, professional customer service and address customer questions and concerns.
• Test repaired devices to confirm that their functions have been restored.
• Document repair work and track parts used and inventory.
• Keep current with mobile technology, repair methods, tools, and software.
• Work with teammates to meet service targets and improve repair processes.
• Help train new employees in repair procedures and customer service practices.
• Operate the mobile repair unit and travel to corporate B2B client locations across Houston.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience repairing mobile devices and knowledge of electronic components.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Comfort using mobile-device repair tools and relevant software.
• One to two years of mobile device repair experience preferred.
• Mobile repair certifications are a plus.
