Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices using chip design and schematic design techniques.
- Test repaired devices to verify functionality and repair quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document repair procedures and outcomes to support quality control and continuous improvement.
- Keep current with mobile device technologies and repair methods.
- Explain repairs to customers and offer practical device maintenance advice.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong chip design and schematic design skills.
