Kavitha is hiring a full-time CCTV Technician in Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems for clients, helping support their safety and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at client locations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to client questions.
- Perform routine inspections, system upgrades, and maintenance.
- Document installations, system changes, and maintenance work.
- Understand clients’ security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Show clients how to use their surveillance systems and explain key features.
- Keep equipment and installation tools organized and track inventory.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Practical CCTV installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer service and client communication experience.
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Electronics or related certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with standard CCTV installation tools and software is preferred.
