Monitoring Lead – Detection, Analysis & Coordination

Tasks

• Monitor Nexthink dashboards, alerts, and campaigns throughout the regional shift.
• Identify early warning signs related to CPU, memory, disk utilization, application crashes, and device boot times.
• Perform root cause analysis using Nexthink Finder, device timelines, and behavioral trend analysis.
• Initiate proactive remediation through automation, targeted user actions, and evidence-based escalations.
• Serve as the regional escalation point for the Service Desk and Workplace Technology (WT) Engineering teams.
• Own regional digital employee experience health reports and trend analysis.
• Identify recurring endpoint performance issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with relevant technical teams to improve end-user experience and overall device health.

Requirements

• Strong experience in End-User Computing (EUC) and endpoint monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink dashboards, Finder, alerts, and analytics.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis, pattern recognition, and trend identification.
• Experience with incident management, technical escalations, and proactive remediation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
