You will play a crucial role in our operations, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of substrate and the growing process of mushrooms. Monitor the growth conditions, such as temperature and humidity, and make adjustments as needed. Execute daily harvesting tasks, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards. Cleansing and sanitizing workspaces and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment. Utilize proper techniques for packaging and preparing mushrooms for distribution. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and address any issues. Perform maintenance of machinery and keep accurate records of daily activities and outputs. Required and preferred qualifications Education: S.S.L.C. or equivalent. Physical fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for prolonged periods. Experience in agricultural production or factory work is an advantage. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Ability to work as part of a team, with strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
