NDET - Field Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join our team in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct site assessments and evaluate engineering processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Collaborate closely with project managers and other engineers to develop and implement project plans and schedules. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation that effectively communicate findings, solutions, and plans. Analyze engineering problems to develop viable strategies and solutions that meet client needs. Inspect project sites and construction works regularly to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster strong working relationships. Support the training and mentoring of junior engineers and interns on best practices and fieldwork protocols. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. Proven skills in engineering, communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical writing. Experience with engineering design software and tools. Fresher/ current year passed out is preferred. Any industry-standard certifications will be a plus. Our team environment is collaborative, promoting the sharing of knowledge and innovation.
