NDET Field Engineer – Reliance Jio | Tiruvannamalai

Reliance Jio is hiring an NDET Field Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, India. This opportunity is suited to engineering graduates, including freshers and candidates who graduated in the current year. You will support field operations and project delivery while working with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and evaluate engineering processes for compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation covering findings, solutions, and project plans.
• Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical solutions that address client needs.
• Inspect project sites and construction work, track progress, and proactively address issues.
• Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders, gather feedback, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior engineers and interns on fieldwork protocols and best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong engineering, communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Experience using engineering design software and tools.
• Freshers and current-year graduates are preferred.
• Industry-standard certifications are an advantage.
