We are seeking a dedicated Waffle Maker / Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly food service environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of waffle recipes following company standards to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Manage time efficiently during busy periods to guarantee timely service and product availability.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and alerting management when stock is low.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and promptly address customer needs.
• Engage customers by creating a welcoming atmosphere and promoting menu items and specials.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in food preparation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
