Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Configure and install software applications tailored to user needs.
- Assist with networking setup and maintenance to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Install and replace hardware components following company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to provide excellent customer service.
- Document technical procedures and create user manuals to support knowledge sharing.
