Key Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues and manage support tickets efficiently.
• Configure and install software applications based on user requirements.
• Set up and maintain network connections.
• Install and replace hardware components in line with company standards.
• Communicate clearly with users and colleagues while delivering responsive customer service.
• Document technical processes and create user guides for common issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and technology deployments.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience configuring software and installing computer hardware.
• Knowledge of networking principles and technical support practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• IT support certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, are preferred.
