Join a collaborative, fast-paced team working on projects associated with Netflix. This full-time, remote-eligible opportunity is based in Calimesa, California, and focuses on communication, project coordination, research, and content strategy. Work with the Team Lead and cross-functional partners to support project delivery and improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives.
• Assist with developing and implementing content strategies that support user engagement and experience.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, sharing project updates and addressing challenges.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform team decisions and improve solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects from planning through completion.
• Use user feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to communication and project delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• At least two years of experience in a communication-focused or project-driven role.
• Industry-standard communication or project management certifications are a plus.

Team and Work Environment
