Support content strategy development to boost user engagement and enhance experience. Participate actively in daily stand-ups and team meetings to track project progress and resolve challenges. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve team solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects from conception through completion. Leverage user feedback and analytics to guide continuous improvements and optimizations. Meet KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and project delivery success. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar software. Minimum 2 years experience in communication or project-driven roles. Industry certifications in communication or project management are a plus. Work closely with the Team Lead and multiple departments in a fast-paced, innovative workplace. This position is not remote and requires presence at our Calimesa, California location. Compensation is $45 per hour for full-time employment.
