Job description
📢 Network Technical Support Engineer – Broadband (Seattle, WA)
We are hiring a Network Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in troubleshooting large-scale broadband/service provider networks.
Must Have:
Visa - USC/GC only
✅ L2/L3 Network Troubleshooting
✅ TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF
✅ DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4/IPv6
✅ Wireshark / Tcpdump Analysis
✅ Incident Management amp; Root Cause Analysis
✅ Cisco / Juniper / Multi-vendor Environments
Preferred: ✅ Broadband/ISP Experience ✅ FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON ✅ BNG/BRAS, CGNAT, RADIUS/AAA ✅ Python or Ansible Automation
