Key Responsibilities Assist in daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers to deliver excellent service. Collaborate with other departments to support branch projects and initiatives. Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills relevant to the role. Help create a welcoming and friendly environment for both employees and customers. Monitor branch performance metrics and report findings to identify improvement areas. Engage in team meetings to contribute ideas and strategies for operational success. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Strong communication skills to interact effectively within a team and with customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
