Smart Tech Llp is hiring a Telecalling Team Leader / Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Devangapuram, Tamil Nadu. Lead telecalling operations, support customer engagement, and help the team deliver excellent service in the telecommunications industry. This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other team leaders and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regular team meetings to review performance and improvement strategies.
- Oversee telecalling operations and maintain high service standards.
- Track team metrics and use performance insights to guide training and development.
- Connect telecallers with management and promptly address team concerns.
- Promote collaboration and motivation through team-building initiatives.
- Develop and implement customer outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong communication, team leadership, and management skills.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in telecalling or customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 3 years of telecalling experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
