Night Quality Manager

Terminal Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, detail oriented individual to perform nighttime quality inspections at healthcare and commercial facilities throughout the Greater Austin and surrounding Central Texas area.

Position Summary:
Your primary responsibility will be visiting assigned facilities after cleaning has been completed, inspecting the work, documenting facility conditions and any deficiencies, correcting minor cleaning issues on the spot when necessary, and submitting detailed nightly reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct post cleaning inspections at healthcare and commercial facilities
• Ensure completed work meets required quality standards
• Document deficiencies with detailed notes, photos, and videos
• Correct minor cleaning deficiencies on the spot when necessary
• Submit nightly inspection reports and documentation
• Communicate any significant issues promptly
• Work independently while traveling between assigned facilities

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial cleaning, healthcare EVS, quality control, facility inspections, or similar work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleaning deficiencies
• Dependable and comfortable working independently at night
• Reliable personal vehicle

Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Portal to portal pay (from the time you leave home until you return home)

Classification:
1099 Independent Contractor (responsible for your own taxes)

Schedule:
Variable part time hours
Up to approximately 30 hours per week depending on facility needs
Hours are variable and not guaranteed

Shift:
Night and overnight hours

Service Area:
Greater Austin and surrounding Central TX

Travel:
Reliable personal vehicle required. Fuel is your responsibility.
