COMPENSATION: $24.00/HOUR (PORTAL-TO-PORTAL PAY)
CLASSIFICATION: 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (OWN TAXES & FUEL)
SHIFT: OVERNIGHT / NIGHT SHIFT
SERVICE AREA: Greater Austin and Surrounding Central TX

Key role: Ensure quality standards after work is done, documents issues with full reports (videos & pictures), fix deficiencies on the spot.

Position Summary:
I am looking for a detail-oriented Night Quality Manager to work directly under my supervision. In this role, you will perform post-service quality control walkthroughs across assigned facilities. You will not be managing or supervising crew members on-site—your primary focus is inspecting completed work, documenting facility conditions, and fixing any missed details before clients arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough post-cleaning inspections to ensure healthcare-grade and commercial facility standards are met.
* Document deficiencies and completed tasks by creating detailed end-of-shift reports with photos and videos.
* Address and resolve minor cleaning deficiencies on the spot so client operations are never impacted.
* Submit nightly logs and documentation directly to me.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning inspection, healthcare EVS, or quality control.
* Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (contractors cover their own fuel).
* Smartphone capable of capturing high-quality photos/videos and uploading reports.
* Availability to work overnight hours across Greater Austin and Central Texas.
