Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, planning, and execution of treatment plans. Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history to ensure accurate records and timely intervention. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans and evaluate their effectiveness. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them about health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and coordinate services effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong skills in patient care, time management, technical proficiency, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Relevant certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other nursing software tools. Our nursing team is structured to promote collaboration and support professional growth.
