Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans to improve health outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate communication with healthcare team members.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist in managing medical equipment and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the clinical environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improvements.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with nursing best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current nursing license in South Africa.
• Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.

As part of our collaborative nursing team, you will report directly to the Nurse Manager and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Salary: ZAR 250000 per year
