Office Manager for HVAC Company - Remote - Phoenix, AZ

Discount ACR is hiring a full-time Office Manager for our HVAC company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. We seek candidates with solid office management experience specifically within U.S. service companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement while adhering to budget constraints.
• Coordinate communication among staff, clients, and vendors to uphold excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews; manage executive leadership calendars.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records including invoices, payments, and employee documentation.
• Assist with recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Monitor and evaluate office workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
• Proven office management or similar administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and office management tools.
• 1-3 years of office management experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000 per year

Location: Remote (Company based in Phoenix, Arizona)
