This full-time remote role allows you to work from anywhere while managing essential office operations that keep our heating and cooling services running smoothly. Only candidates with solid U.S. service company office management experience should apply. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining budget compliance. Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and vendors to enhance customer service. Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews; manage executive leadership calendars. Prepare and maintain accurate records including invoices, payments, and employee documentation. Assist with recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Monitor and improve office workflows to boost productivity and efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in office management preferred. 1-3 years proven office management or similar administrative experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
