Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and maintain organized workflows.
• Manage office supply inventory and purchasing within budget.
• Coordinate communications among staff, customers, and vendors.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews; manage executive calendars.
• Maintain accurate records, including invoices, payments, and employee documents.
• Coordinate recruitment interviews and onboarding for new hires.
• Review office workflows and recommend improvements to productivity and efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in office management are a plus.
• Proven office management or comparable administrative experience, including solid experience with U.S. service companies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools.
• One to three years of office management experience.

Compensation and Employment

• Salary: $45,000 per year.
