- Sales and Profitability
- Set and communicate sales targets for each staff and capable and determine the increase sales
- Operations and Inventory
- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintains workflow, continuity
- Handle inventory and cash.

- Team Leadership
- Supervise the team, allocate daily task and monitor progress

- Reporting and Compliance
- Handle all store paperwork and ensure all team members adhere to company policies, legal protocols, reports and updates to upper management.
