This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining and organizing our database with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Input and update data in company systems with exceptional attention to detail. Manage multiple data entry projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Organize and maintain digital files for quick and easy information retrieval. Participate in team meetings to report on project progress and contribute ideas. Assist in developing and refining data entry procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles. Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 WPM. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with data entry software and online tools. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
