Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to maximize sales potential.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Engage with customers on social media channels, promptly responding to inquiries and providing excellent support.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to guide future product offerings and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Regularly update product descriptions and pricing based on ongoing market research.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless and positive buying experience for customers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or e-commerce, preferably within an online retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and online selling tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis to monitor sales metrics and performance.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar is a plus.

This role is part of a collaborative team including marketing, logistics, and customer service professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to online sales initiatives. You will report directly to the E-commerce Manager to align on goals and performance.
