Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms to improve visibility and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through social media channels.
- Review sales data and market trends to guide product and marketing decisions.
- Work with the marketing team on promotional content and campaigns.
- Update product descriptions and pricing based on market research.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support a smooth buying experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or e-commerce, preferably in online retail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
