Onsite Supervisor

About the role

At Huntington Park Fairway, the On-Site Supervisor coordinates temporary employees at a client location and serves as a central point for hiring managers and human resources. The role includes identifying openings, coordinating advertising and web postings, and responding to and providing emergency staffing support to the client.

Responsibilities

• Submit qualified candidates to the client’s hiring authorities.
• Recruit and interview candidates.
• Coordinate drug screens and background screens, and handle new hire paperwork.
• Conduct safety walkthrough audits and inspections.
• Organize and file documents.
• Follow up with supervisors and ensure their staffing needs are met.
• Review hours worked from the previous day.
• Attend company meetings upon request.
• Ensure employee needs are covered, including PPE, safety training, and department training.
• Supervise and support associates or leads if needed.
• Conduct safety orientations, including a safety video.
• Investigate and complete injury reports when a work-related accident occurs.
• Verify payroll and correct missing punches by checking with the employee and the client.
• Pick up, deliver, and distribute checks.
